Return & Refund Policy – Tiny Tiggy (Owned & Operated by Megha & Co.)
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and jute bag.
If your return is accepted, Megha & Co. / Tiny Tiggy will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the article is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that Megha & Co. can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Replacement for damaged products will be processed and delivered within 5–7 business days once the claim is approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7-8 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
